INTERNSHIPS
Two tracks.
Both real work.
We run two internship tracks at Sketch Lighting — one for creative and digital roles, one for sales and business development. They are different in who they are for, what you will do, and how seriously we take the selection. Both involve actual work, actual feedback, and an actual outcome you can speak to. Neither one is a certificate program disguised as an internship.
Creative & Digital Internship

Who this is for
Any student or recent graduate who creates things — designers, videographers, photographers, content writers, digital marketers, or e-commerce enthusiasts. College year and college name do not matter. What you have made does.
You will be expected to produce output that is used — not just reviewed and filed. Some weeks will be exciting. Some weeks you will redo something three times because the standard was not met. That is the point. The feedback here is direct. If you want only encouragement, this will be uncomfortable.
Sales & Business Development Internship
B2B Sales · Architect & Interior Designer Outreach · Client Pipeline Development
Who this is for
BBA or MBA students in their final year — specifically those with a specialisation + strong interest in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development. This is a field role in B2B sales. You will be reaching out to architects and interior designers, building relationships, and supporting a real client pipeline. It is not a back-office marketing internship. If you are not comfortable speaking to strangers, following up consistently, and facing rejection without losing confidence — this track is not for you.
What makes this different
Most sales internships put you on a phone calling random leads. This one puts you in front of architects and designers — professionals who care about quality, have no patience for an unprepared pitch, and will remember you if you are good. The learning curve is real. So is the opportunity. The best performers from this track are considered for full-time roles.
What we will not tolerate

Inconsistent follow-up — if a lead is touched once and forgotten, you have failed the most basic part of the role
